At 258 pm my wife asked if we were about ready. I heard him say (and saw his facial expression ) like he was talking down to my wife or scolding her. That was fine ( in the past we often checked in at 230 ) but the issue I have was the tone used by the manager. Arrived at hotel about 230 pm and was told we can not check in till 3 pm. You will be annoyed by the filth, the crowdedness, the inability to eat quickly, and the lack of payouts. To sum it up, this place is just a hassle. Also, the Buffet and the Cafe are pretty good too. The only positive thing about this casino is Black and Blue. Example: 1 night per month here vs 4 nights per week down the street. Their comps are horrible compared to the other nearby casinos. They have the rudest, and most condescending, hosts that I've encountered at any casino.Ħ. I would be shocked if their RTP is even 75%.ĥ. This casino has the worst High Limit room out of any Southern CA casino. Also, they always tack on a mandatory tip (which highlights their demographic).Ĥ. You will usually have to wait a very long time (1 hour) for everything except for Black and Blue. And people drive recklessly in their tightly packed garage.Ģ. I'll be honest, I don't understand the popularity of this casino at all.ġ.
